for when we feel hard to love. for the times we feel unseen and unheard. for the big feelings that swarm and swirl and explode and then land uncomfortably in our bodies. for the times we feel completely confused, unsettled, untethered and decidedly lost. this is where I want to meet you. reminding you of how true you are amidst everything false. I see you. I hear you. I don’t hold the answers, but I can hold witness and remind you of your belonging.
